YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

We are looking for three interns to join us from January 2027 at our headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (92) or Paris (75). Valeriia OD & Transformation Sr Manager, Elena or Magali, OD Director will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Prepare and analyze organizational and people data, and turn it into insights for key decisions.
Build and present organization effectiveness KPIs, dashboards and reports.
Ensure organizational data is accurate and consistent across HR systems, working with country and functional HR contacts.
Contribute to transformation and organization projects, including change management materials and templates.
Work with global, regional and local teams across functions and cultures.

INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

A propos de vous

For theses positions, we are looking for someone:

Available from January 2027 for 6 months
Studying at Bac+4/5 level in a university, business school or engineering school
Analytical, curious and autonomous, with strong attention to detail
Confident with Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable using AI, and keen to learn new tools (Power BI is a plus)
Enjoy working with people across cultures and countries
Fluent in English (mandatory)
